It is recommended for use in the following circumstances; inhaled and topically applied fo fevers and headaches associated with colds and flu and at the onset of a cold to alleviate symptoms, sinus congestion, infection or inflammation. Considered one of the most effective oils for the digestive system, it is recommended for use with dyspepsia, nausea, vomiting, stomach pains, diarrhoea and flatulence.
