Nasal inhaler set includes an outer shell, inner shell , absorbent wick ( for the essential oil ) and a seal cap. These can be reused. The cap can become tight so be careful when trying to reopen as it can be hard to remove. Use approximately 10 drops of essential oil on the wick and then put the parts together.
Nasal inhalers are great to use so the aroma is limited to you and not annoying to others around you. Great for plane flights.
Not recommended for use on children under 6 years of age.
Suggested use: block one nostril and inhale twice from open nostril then do it on other side. Repeat the process.
