Recommended use: This blend is ideal for use in a diffuser. It can be diluted and applied to the skin but as Honey Myrtle is a potential skin irritant it is recommended 1 drop of pure oil to 10ml of base oil. Use sparingly.

Honey Myrtle: the sweet and fresh aroma of this delightful Australian oil enlivens the spirit. This oil is also great during cold/flu season due to its antimicrobial properties.
Black pepper is said to help us come unstuck. “It gives us the courage to move forward and to venture into places unknown”
Patchouli helps us to ground when we become detached from our bodies and the environment. It asks that we listen to the needs of our bodies and nurture our sensuality. In doing so we allow a positive interaction between ourselves, others and outside world.
