Hypnotic blend was created to help you to relax more deeply and induce sleep.

Perfect for ; improving sleep quality and patterns, switching off, deep relaxation and meditation. Can be diluted and applied to skin, added to diffuser or bath. Can be used with my Hypnotic aura spray at bedtime.
