Considered one of the most effective oils for the digestive system, it is recommended for use with dyspepsia, nausea, vomiting, stomach pains, diarrhoea and flatulence. Peppermint is a great remedy to have however its potency must be respected. One drop is usually sufficient and must be used diluted. Never apply to the facial area. Do not use near eyes or around the faces of children.
