Unity within and without helps us to move forward with ease. When we are disjointed inside and parts of us can’t work together it creates turmoil and chaos . this is where we do shadow work and own the parts of ourselves we find unlovable or parts we discarded and need to renuite with.

Geranium helps us to find balance and harmony uniting us with the rhythms of life. This oil helps people who don’t have time cause they are too busy and as a result can’t connect with their mind, body and soul.

Petitgrain can give us the gentle push to create positive outcomes and gain new insight. It gives us the strength and courage to move forward.

Lemongrass gives clarity and insight - great when doing the shadow work and going back for the abandoned parts of ourselves. It clears regret and shame. It encourages us to forgive those ( this includes us ) who have dishonoured and discredited us. in doing this work we create unity within by owning all of us not just the parts that are easy to love. We heal and we start to feel more whole.

Vetiver is said to embrace, sustain and reestablish a balanced relationship between heart, body and mind.

Recommended use: can be diluted and applied to the skin *** It is not recommended that women who are pregnant or lactating use lemongrass topically as it can cause skin sensitisation at this time), this blend is perfect in the diffuser and could be added to a foot bath.
