Black Spruce is said to connect us to our collective past and ancestral wisdom.

Vetiver helps to ground and protect us when we undertake any spiritual practice. It is also said to have a connection to the underworld

Galbanum has a connection to the underworld and to those who have passed.

This oil can be diffused, applied topically once correctly diluted or added to a foot bath.
