10ml radiance pure essential oil blend
contains; Citrus aurantium var. Bergamia (Bergamot), Citrus sinensis (cold pressed Sweet Orange), Citrus limon (cold pressed Lemon), Cymbopogon flexuosus (Lemongrass)
SAFETY - Please Note this is recommended for use as a diffuser blend. Lemon essential oil is phototoxic. If applied to the skin , you should avoid exposure to the SUN or sunbed rays for 12 hours. Lemongrass can be sensitising in some individuals and should not be used topically by those with hypersensitive, diseased or damaged skin or on children under 2 years of age. It is also recommended that lemongrass should not be applied topically by someone who is pregnant or breastfeeding as it could possibly cause sensitisation.
As mentioned I recommend this for the DIFFUSER. If the above does not apply and you wish to apply to the skin it must be diluted and applied in a low dilution approx 2-3 drops to 10ml of base oil. If irritation occurs discontinue use immediately.

Bergamot is considered one of the few essential oils that is an autonomic nervous system regulator as it is said to manage the swing between sympathetic and parasympathetic systems - according to Peter Holmes ( Medical herbalist, Clinical Aromatherapist & practitioner of Chinese Medicine )
Orange is recommended for use when treating anxiety, nervousness and insomnia. It is considered nourishing to the soul helping us to be more confident and loving.
Lemon was found to possess anxiolytic, anti depressant like effects.
Lemongrass is helpful for mental fatigue, mental and emotional confusion, negative thinking and pessimism. It also helps to clear regret and shame.
And it smells delightful bringing joy and happiness to any space.
